Tourist Road Train "Jēkabiņš" invites local residents and visitors to enjoy an entertaining and informative ride through the streets of Jēkabpils.

The route starts and ends at the Jēkabpils Bus Station, taking passengers on an approximately 9 km journey through the city's historic centre on the left bank of the Daugava River. The road train can accommodate up to 24 passengers per trip.

The colourful exterior design of "Jēkabiņš" features visual elements closely associated with the city, including the lynx and lynx paw print motifs, as well as Jēkabpils' most popular attractions, such as Krustpils Castle and the Sēļu Sēta open-air museum.

Each journey lasts approximately 30 minutes.

The ticket price is €5. Children up to and including 3 years of age travel free of charge. Tickets must be purchased at the Jēkabpils Bus Station ticket office before departure.

Initially, the road train will operate on Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, and 15:00. The timetable may be adjusted in the future depending on demand from residents and visitors.
