“Putnu Fermas Apartments” is a fully renovated former chicken farm where, while preserving the building’s original exterior outline and the skylights facing the southern sun, comfortable living and leisure spaces have been created. Here, all everyday conveniences are combined with the opportunity to enjoy peace, closeness to nature, and true relaxation.

Guests can stay in well-equipped apartments, celebrate special occasions in the banquet hall, rejuvenate in the sauna and enjoy traditional sauna rituals led by a certified sauna master, as well as relax in a hot tub with an air massage system on our terrace.

The three apartment-style accommodations (23 sleeping places in total, with additional beds available) provide everything needed for a comfortable отдых close to nature – equipment and dishes for preparing and enjoying meals, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and cozy relaxation areas.

The celebration hall comfortably accommodates 25 guests at tables. The kitchen area is fully equipped for organizing events and celebrations (dishes, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.). Next to the hall, there is also a sauna and a terrace with a hot tub.

Under the guidance of certified sauna masters, guests can enjoy sauna rituals for one or two people, relaxing sauna evenings, or women’s sauna experiences for larger groups.

The surroundings and interiors are designed in Scandinavian style – minimalist, cozy, and perfect for relaxation. “Putnu Fermas Apartments” are located just a few minutes’ walk from Baļotes Lake. A convenient access road also leads to the swimming area and fishing spots.
